General Manager - Operations – Shaun Dinsdale

Seacorp’s manager operations Shaun Dinsdale brings almost a decade of management experience in the shipping industry to his current position.

Mr Dinsdale has assumed management and supervisory responsibilities for bulk shipping operations at Fremantle and at major tonnage regional ports such as Dampier and Port Hedland.

He has also played a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient shipping activities for customers who are engaged in trading activities at the remote locations of Useless Loop, Cape Cuvier and Cocos and Christmas Island.

At Sea Corporation, Mr Dinsdale is responsible for ensuring the operations department runs to its optimum level and that his department consistently fulfils its mission to exceed customers’ expectations.

Mr Dinsdale’s key success factors throughout his career include highly developed strategic and operational skills, negotiation, conflict resolution and strong leadership capability.

Since joining Sea Corporation in January 2005 he has managed the development of Seaweb, the web based documentary system which delivers cost savings and efficiencies for clients.
