Information collected

When you look at this web site, our Internet Service Provider makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:

Access to information collected

Seacorp will not make an attempt to identify individual users or their browsing activities, unless users provide this information willingly via email or a web form. In the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our Internet Service Provider's logs.

Use of information collected

Seacorp staff will only record your e-mail address or other information if you send a message and have given permission for Seacorp to do so. This permission is implied in some areas, such as in completion of our port access request form. Your e-mail address or other details will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and it will not be added to a mailing list or used for any other purpose without your consent. Details retained offline will be recorded in a secure database.
